Staff Intro: Irene Muller, Communications & Development Lead
Hello!
My name is Irene (they/them, she/her), I recently joined the Essentials First team full-time as Communications and Development Lead. I'm excited to be here!
I grew up on Coast Salish land, and currently live on the ancestral lands of the Cowlitz people with my family, two cats, and two Australian Shepherds. I work remotely a lot of the time but you will see me at Board meetings and events regularly.
I'll be helping to share regular updates on Essentials First via monthly emails like this one, our social media, and our website at essentialsfirst.org, organizing financial resources to keep building this work, and connecting with community supporters of all kinds to build awareness and support for essential hygiene access in our region.
