The 2026 Washington State Legislative Session is nearly over, but we're not done yet!
The "Millionaires Tax" bill, which includes the hygiene tax exemption we've been fighting for, passed the Senate is expected to hit the House floor for a vote any day. Your support is still needed! Please contact your representatives and tell them to vote YES on HB 2724!
We're already planning ahead for the 2027 session, where we will continue to pursue our top three legislative priorities:
Hygiene Sales & Use Tax Exemption
Department of Corrections Hygiene Access Mandate
Expanded Hygiene Benefits in TANF, Medicaid, and CHIP
